A Typical Pushkin Year
Please note that this is only an indication of our programme of events and each year may be subject to modification.

October
Gathering of teachers from project schools to explore the annual theme through practical workshop sessions.

November
Partners in Education (tertiary level) residential weekend at Baronscourt Estate or other venue.

January
Project begins in schools and each school is visited by a Pushkin representative.

March/April
Pushkin Days for participating schools held at regional centres. Each day involves environmental and creative arts workshops with professional facilitators.

May
Regional Celebration Days for participating schools when projects are displayed and Pushkin plaques and certificates are awarded.

August
Pushkin Summer Camp of the Imagination – a five-day residential for primary school children, teachers and parents at Baronscourt Estate. The group stays at the Ulster American Folk Park near Omagh and most of the environmental and creative workshops take place at Baronscourt Estate. In addition there are a number of social activities and a short celebration of the children’s creativity on the final day of the Summer Camp.
