Our Objectives

· to use the natural world as a source of artistic expression through the written word and the creative arts in general;

· to affirm and nourish the work of inspired teachers, both professionally and personally;

· to value and nurture environmental and creative arts facilitators in their work with children and adults on behalf of The Pushkin Trust;

· to encourage the wider use of Irish whenever it is appropriate through the involvement of Irish medium schools;

· to develop cultural contacts whenever possible with Russian schools and educators; and

· to develop Pushkin House on Baronscourt Estate as a centre for creative excellence and as a resource for the creative arts in Ireland.
